Mr. Masudul Haque is a certified assurance and governance professionals with more than 14 years of specialized work experience in areas of corporate governance, Internal control and compliance and risk management. He joined IFAD as Head of Internal Audit & Compliance and continue to serve the organization as Internal Audit Leader. Under his leadership, Internal Audit function plays an important role in providing risk-based assurance, advisory and insights to management of IFAD.
He qualified as GRCP (Governance Risk and Compliance Professional) & GRCA (Governance Risk and Compliance Auditor from OCEG, USA in 2021 and has qualified as Chartered Secretary from ICSB in 2014. He completed BBA and MBA from the University of Chittagong, LLB from National University and PGDHRM from Institute of Personnel Management. In the year of 2012 complete the CA Article-ship course from Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co, an independent correspondent firm to Deloitte UK.
Before joining IFAD, he served number of Leading nationals and Multinational company in leading role of Internal control and compliance, as Country Compliance Officer at DECATHLON, Head of Group Internal Audit & Compliance at RUNNER Group, Head of Group Internal Audit & Compliance at AMBER Group & Lead Internal Control & Compliance at Coats, Bangladesh Cluster etc.
